Jeff Needham is the founder of 360 Insurance Solutions Group, a virtual insurance agency dedicated to providing expert advice and personalized service to clients navigating the world of insurance. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Jeff’s career has been marked by a genuine commitment to ensuring that clients feel supported and valued throughout the insurance buying process. Educating clients on insurance was a big part of why, for 12 years, Jeff hosted a radio show with live call-ins on the good and bad of insurance. He interviewed agents, adjusters, lawyers, and political figures who helped draft insurance reform laws.

Before venturing into insurance, Jeff gained valuable experience as a general manager for a large home improvement company and as a business owner. He began his journey as an insurance agent and later ran a life insurance brokerage while collaborating with financial advisors and other insurance companies. This extensive background laid the groundwork for launching 360 Insurance Solutions Group, a model designed to deliver high-quality online service and create unique client experiences.

Jeff’s passion for service extends beyond his professional life; he has a long history of volunteering in his community. For over 25 years, he played a pivotal role in the National Cherry Festival and the Festival Foundation, starting as a volunteer and eventually becoming the director of parades and the 96th Festival President.

Outside of work and community service, Jeff enjoys spending time with his kids. God serves as Jeff’s compass, and he is actively involved in his church family as well.
